Call for Papers
As a Scientific Research Conference Organizers, the Global Academic Research Institute (GARI) is proudly presenting the International Conference on Business Management & Law (ICBML 2026) under the theme of “Business Innovation and Legal Studies”. We would like to invite you to submit abstracts & papers addressing the conference theme and the conference tracks. Papers and invitations for abstract submissions are now open for Oral presentations covering current research and new processes. All contributions should be of high quality. During the review period, Papers will be reviewed by eminent scholars in the respective areas.
Two types of submissions are invited:
01. Full papers reporting on original and unpublished research
02. Work-in-progress papers or Abstract or Case Studies or Projects
The intention is that the conference will become established as a pre-eminent forum for the discussion of Business Management & Law. The conference aims to provide a platform for academics, researchers, professionals, administrators, educational leaders, policymakers, industry representatives, advanced students, and anyone in the domain of interest from around the world to discuss. Speakers are encouraged to submit a full paper before the conference. In addition, all the submitted full papers will be reviewed by the journal editorial board and a few high-end papers will be published in the international GARI e-Journal having ISSN & DOI, and All Selected papers will be published conference printed proceedings having ISBN as well as conference library page. Print & Online proceedings Book will include "Extended Abstracts" should be at least three pages, but not more than five pages in length including the references. The word limit is 1000 - 1200 words.

Sustainable Business, Climate Law & ESG Compliance
- Climate change regulations (Paris Agreement implementation), carbon trading and carbon taxes, environmental due diligence in M&A, circular economy laws, greenwashing regulations, mandatory sustainability reporting (CSRD, TCFD), and litigation risks related to climate commitments.
